WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned participant, in consideration of being allowed to participate in the Christmas Party (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") organized by the Dumbbell Obedience Club, and held at [the TNT Training Center] (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"), do hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participating in dog-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, dog bites, allergic reactions, and accidents related to handling and interacting with dogs.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that I may experience or incur in connection with my participation.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Dumbbell Obedience Club, its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, judges, trainers, employees, and other participants, as well as the Facility, its owners, lessors, lessees, managers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as "Releasees"), from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the Event.

I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised not to participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.

I agree to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the Event organizers and to use any provided safety equipment as directed.

In the event of an injury, I authorize the Event organizers to secure appropriate medical care if deemed necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any resulting medical bills.

I grant permission for the use of my name and any photographs, videos, or audio recordings of me during the Event for any legitimate purpose, including publicity and promotion, without compensation.

By checking the consent box, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
